Floods triggered by heavy rain across parts of Bangladesh have killed at least 30 people and forced millions to flee their homes.

Parts of India have also been affected.

The rising water levels of the Teesta River in Sikkim state in neighbouring India, have heightened concerns over more flooding in Bangladesh.

Bangladesh Army has deployed several units to help with rescue efforts in affected areas.
