Hundreds from Sydney’s Muslim community attend a rally for Palestinians and Lebanon at the Lakemba Mosque, marking what they say is 12 months of carnage since Israel launched its attack on Gaza.

Lakemba Mosque, officially known as the Imam Ali Mosque, is one of the largest and most prominent mosques in Australia, located in Lakemba, a suburb of Sydney.

Opened in 1977, it serves as a center for the local Muslim community and hosts a variety of religious, educational, and cultural activities.
